حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي الرَّازِيَّ، وَخَالِدٌ يَعْنِي الطَّحَّانَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً فَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَمَّا الْمَنِيُّ فَفِيهِ الْغُسْلُ وَأَمَّا الْمَذْيُ فَفِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated that Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: I was a man who emitted a great deal of madhi (prostatic fluid). I asked the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) (about that) and he said: “As for mani (semen), ghusl due for it; as for madhi (prostatic fluid), wudoo’ is due for it.”
