حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ قُوِّمَ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hammad narrated from Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever frees his share of a jointly-owned slave, the slave's value shall be assessed from his wealth. If he does not have enough wealth, then only the portion he freed is free.
