حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى فَإِذَا خِفْتَ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرْ بِوَاحِدَةٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdur-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from az-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The night prayer is performed two rak'ahs at a time; so when you fear the approach of dawn, then pray witr with a single rak'ah.
