قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ مَا أَنْكَرْتُ عَلَى عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ إِلَّا حَدِيثًا وَاحِدًا حَدِيثَ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُسَافِرْ امْرَأَةٌ سَفَرًا ثَلَاثًا إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ قَالَ أَبِي وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الْعُمَرِيِّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id said: "I disapproved of nothing from Ubaydullah ibn Umar except one hadith - the hadith of Nafi' from Ibn Umar from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: 'A woman should not travel a journey of three days except with a mahram.'" My father said: And Abd al-Razzaq narrated it to us, from al-Umari, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, but he did not attribute it as a raised statement to the Prophet.
