حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ اتَّخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ فَكَانَ فِي يَدِهِ ثُمَّ كَانَ فِي يَدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ ثُمَّ كَانَ فِي يَدِ عُمَرَ ثُمَّ كَانَ فِي يَدِ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُمْ نَقْشُهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Numayr told us; Ubaydullah told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, took a signet ring of silver, and it was on his hand; then it was on the hand of Abu Bakr after him; then it was on the hand of Umar; then it was on the hand of Uthman, may Allah the Exalted be pleased with them - its engraving was "Muhammad, Messenger of Allah."
