قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ الْكَعْبَةَ هُوَ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَبِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْحَجَبِيُّ وَأَغْلَقَهَا عَلَيْهِ فَمَكَثَ فِيهَا قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ سَأَلْتُ بِلَالًا حِينَ خَرَجَ مَاذَا صَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ جَعَلَ عَمُودًا عَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَعَمُودَيْنِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَثَلَاثَةَ أَعْمِدَةٍ وَرَاءَهُ وَكَانَ الْبَيْتُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَى سِتَّةِ أَعْمِدَةٍ ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجِدَارِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَذْرُعٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Nafi', from Abdullah ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, entered the Kaaba, he and Usamah ibn Zayd, Bilal, and Uthman ibn Talhah al-Hajabi, and he closed it upon himself and remained inside it. Abdullah said: I asked Bilal, when he came out, what the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had done. He said: "He placed one pillar to his left, two pillars to his right, and three pillars behind him - the House at that time had six pillars - then he prayed, with three cubits between him and the wall."
