حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا مَمْلُوكٍ كَانَ بَيْنَ شَرِيكَيْنِ فَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُقَامُ فِي مَالِ الَّذِي أَعْتَقَ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ فَيُعْتِقُ إِنْ بَلَغَ ذَلِكَ مَالَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hashim told us, Layth told us, from Nafi', from Abdullah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Whoever has a slave jointly owned by two partners, and one of them frees his share, then the value of the slave shall be assessed fairly against the one who freed him, and the slave shall be freed [fully] if that amounts to no more than his wealth."
