حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثًا وَقَالَ سَالِمٌ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَائِمًا عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ اقْتُلُوا الْحَيَّاتِ وَاقْتُلُوا ذَا الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالْأَبْتَرَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَلْتَمِسَانِ الْبَصَرَ وَيُسْقِطَانِ الْحَبَلَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Bishr ibn Shu'ayb ibn Abi Hamza told us, my father informed me, from al-Zuhri - and he mentioned a hadith - and Salim said: Abdullah ibn Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, standing on the pulpit, saying: "Kill snakes, and kill the one with two white stripes on its back and the short-tailed one, for they cause miscarriages and take away eyesight."
