حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ يَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ مَا فِي الْوَحْدَةِ مَا سَرَى أَحَدٌ بِلَيْلٍ وَحْدَهُ قَالَ أَبِي وَثَنَا بِهِ مُؤَمَّلٌ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى وَلَمْ يَقُلْ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْت أَبِي يَقُولُ قَدْ سَمِعَ مُؤَمَّلٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَعْنِي أَحَادِيثَ وَسَمِعَ أَيْضًا مِنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Mu'ammal told us, Umar b. Muhammad - meaning Ibn Zayd b. Abdullah b. Umar - told us, from his father, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If people knew what is in solitude, no one would travel alone by night." My father said: Mu'ammal also related it to us another time without saying "from Ibn Umar." Abdullah said: I heard my father say: Mu'ammal indeed heard hadiths from Umar b. Muhammad b. Zayd, and he also heard from Ibn Jurayj.
