حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الِلَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَوْ شَرِبَ فَلَا يَأْكُلْ بِشِمَالِهِ وَلَا يَشْرَبْ بِشِمَالِهِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' told us: al-Umari told us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Bakr ibn Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Umar, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When one of you eats or drinks, let him not eat with his left hand nor drink with his left hand, for Satan eats and drinks with his left hand.
