حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْرِطَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd told us: 'Ubaydullah told us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever buys palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the one who pollinated them, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
