حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ أَتَى ابْنَ مُطِيعٍ لَيَالِي الْحَرَّةِ فَقَالَ ضَعُوا لِأَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وِسَادَةً فَقَالَ إِنِّي لَمْ آتِ لِأَجْلِسَ إِنَّمَا جِئْتُ لِأُخْبِرَكَ كَلِمَتَيْنِ سَمِعْتُهُمَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ نَزَعَ يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ لَمْ تَكُنْ لَهُ حُجَّةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ مَاتَ مُفَارِقًا لِلْجَمَاعَةِ فَإِنَّهُ يَمُوتُ مَوْتَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yunus ibn Muhammad told us: Layth told us, from Muhammad ibn 'Ajlan, from Zayd ibn Aslam, who told him, that 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar came to Ibn Muti' on the nights of al-Harrah, and he said, "Put a cushion for Abu 'Abd al-Rahman." He said, "I have not come to sit; I have only come to tell you two sentences I heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'Whoever withdraws his hand from obedience will have no argument on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever dies having split from the community dies the death of the Days of Ignorance.'"
