حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ أَخْبَرَنِي نَهْشَلُ بْنُ مُجَمِّعٍ الضَّبِّيُّ قَالَ وَكَانَ مَرْضِيًّا عَنْ قَزَعَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ لُقْمَانَ الْحَكِيمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ إِذَا اسْتُوْدِعَ شَيْئًا حَفِظَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ali ibn Ishaq told us, Ibn al-Mubarak informed us, Sufyan informed us, Nahshal ibn Mujammi' al-Dabbi informed me - and he was well regarded - from Qaza'ah, from Ibn Umar, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say that Luqman the Wise used to say: "When Allah is entrusted with something, He preserves it."
