قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَقْبَلَ فُرْضَتَيْ الْجَبَلِ الطَّوِيلِ الَّذِي قِبَلَ الْكَعْبَةِ فَجَعَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ الَّذِي بُنِيَ يَمِينًا وَالْمَسْجِدُ بِطَرَفِ الْأَكَمَةِ وَمُصَلَّى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَسْفَلُ مِنْهُ عَلَى الْأَكَمَةِ السَّوْدَاءِ يَدَعُ مِنْ الْأَكَمَةِ عَشْرَ أَذْرُعٍ أَوْ نَحْوَهَا ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْفُرْضَتَيْنِ مِنْ الْجَبَلِ الطَّوِيلِ الَّذِي بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْكَعْبَةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: And he informed me that Abdullah ibn Umar informed him that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, faced the two passes of the tall mountain that faces the Ka'bah, so that the mosque that was built stood to his right, the mosque being at the edge of the hillock; and the Messenger of Allah's place of prayer was lower than it, on the black hillock, leaving about ten cubits or so from the hillock, then he would pray facing the two passes of the tall mountain that lies between it and the Ka'bah.
