حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ أَمَرْتُ مُسْلِمَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى نَافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ أَنْ يَسْأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَأَنَا جَالِسٌ بَيْنَهُمَا مَا سَمِعْتَ مِنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ مِنْ الْخُيَلَاءِ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Rawh ibn Ubadah told us, Ibn Jurayj told us: I heard Muhammad ibn Abbad ibn Ja'far say: I ordered Muslim ibn Yasar, freedman of Nafi' ibn Abd al-Harith, to ask Ibn Umar - while I was sitting between them - "What did you hear from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning one who drags his lower garment out of pride, anything?" He said: I heard him say: "Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection."
