حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ.

Yahya told us, from Ubaydullah: Nafi' informed me, from Ibn Umar, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered the hand cut off for theft of a shield whose price was three dirhams.
