حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنِ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَحَرَّوْا بِصَلَاتِكُمْ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ وَلَا غُرُوبَهَا فَإِنَّهَا تَطْلُعُ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيْ شَيْطَانٍ.

Waki' told us, Hisham told us, from his father, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Do not deliberately time your prayers with the rising of the sun or its setting, for it rises between the two horns of a devil."
