حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ إِذَا سَلَّمُوا فَإِنَّمَا تَقُولُ السَّامُ عَلَيْكَ فَقُلْ عَلَيْكَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ مِثْلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated to us, from Sufyan: 'Abdullah ibn Dinar told me: I heard Ibn 'Umar say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When the Jews greet you, one of them only says 'al-Sam 'alayka' (death be upon you), so say 'alayka' (and upon you)." Yahya narrated to us, from Malik, from 'Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, similarly, the same.
