حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ مَوْلَى مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ عَلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ بِالْبَلَاطِ وَالْقَوْمُ يُصَلُّونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ قُلْتُ مَا يَمْنَعُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ مَعَ النَّاسِ أَوْ الْقَوْمِ قَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُصَلُّوا صَلَاةً فِي يَوْمٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated to us, from Husayn: 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb narrated to us: Sulayman, the freedman of Maymunah, told me: I came to Ibn 'Umar while he was at al-Balat, and the people were praying in the mosque. I said: "What keeps you from praying with the people?" He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'Do not pray the same prayer twice in one day.'"
