حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il told us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever sells palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
