حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ أَنْ يُبَاعَ مَا فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِتَمْرٍ بِكَيْلٍ مُسَمًّى إِنْ زَادَ فَلِي وَإِنْ نَقَصَ فَعَلَيَّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il told us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade al-muzabana, and al-muzabana is that what is on the tops of palm trees be sold for a specified measure of dates: if it yields more, it is mine, and if it yields less, it is upon me.
