حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ قَالَ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ نَافِعٌ أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلْآخَرِ اخْتَرْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il told us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The two parties to a sale have the right of option as long as they have not separated, or unless it is a sale with an option specified." He said: And Nafi' would sometimes add: "or one of them says to the other: 'Choose.'"
