حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُبَاشِرْ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَتَنْعَتُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا أَوْ تَصِفُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا أَوْ لِلرَّجُلِ كَأَنَّهُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا وَإِذَا كَانَ ثَلَاثَةٌ فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَحْزُنُهُ وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبًا لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ أَخِيهِ أَوْ قَالَ مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ قَالَ فَسَمِعَ الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يُحَدِّثُ هَذَا فَقَالَ فِيَّ قَالَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي رَجُلٍ اخْتَصَمْنَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بِئْرٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan ibn Musa told us: Hammad ibn Zayd told us, from Asim ibn Abi al-Najud, from Abu Wa'il, from Ibn Mas'ud, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Let no woman touch another woman and then describe her to her husband, or describe her to her husband or to a man as if he were looking at her. And if there are three, let not two converse secretly without their companion, for that grieves him. And whoever swears a false oath in order to seize the property of his brother" — or he said, "the property of a Muslim man" — "will meet Allah, Mighty and Sublime, while He is angry with him." He said: al-Ash'ath ibn Qays heard Ibn Mas'ud narrating this and said, "This was about me." He said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said that regarding a man with whom we disputed before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) over a well."
