Abu Ahmad told us, Sufyan told us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abdullah, who said: "A man was brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for whom cauterization had been prescribed, and he said: 'Cauterize him,' or 'Apply heated stones to him.'"
