حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قِيلَ لَهُ كَيْفَ تَعْرِفُ مَنْ لَمْ يَرَكَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُمْ غُرٌّ مُحَجَّلُونَ بُلْقٌ مِنْ آثَارِ الْوُضُوءِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Abd al-Samad told us: Hammad told us, from 'Asim, from Zirr, from Ibn Mas'ud, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked, 'How will you recognize those of your nation whom you have not seen?' He said: 'They will be radiant, with bright markings on their limbs, from the traces of ablution.'
