Yazid told us: al-Awwam informed us: Abu Ishaq al-Shaybani told me, from al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abdullah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said, "The millstone of Islam will keep turning until the head of thirty-five, or thirty-six, or thirty-seven years; then if they perish, it is the fate of those who perish, but if they remain, their religion will stand for them seventy years."
