حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هَرِمٍ عَنْ صَدَقَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيِّ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ الصِّيَامِ فَقَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ مِنْ أَفْضَلِ الصِّيَامِ صِيَامَ أَخِي دَاوُدَ كَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا وَيُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'No one who enters Paradise will wish to return to the world, even if he were given everything in it, except the martyr. He will wish to return to the world and be killed ten times because of the honor he sees.'
