حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ قَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً وَقَالَ إِنَّمَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ لِمَنْ كَانَ لِزَوْجِهَا عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ وَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ عِنْدَ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ الْأَعْمَى.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdah ibn Sulayman told us, he said Mujalid told us, from al-Sha'bi, who said: Fatimah bint Qays told me: My husband divorced me three times, and I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he did not grant me lodging or maintenance, and said, "Lodging and maintenance are only for one whose husband has a right of return over her." He ordered her to observe her waiting period with Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man.
