حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمٌ أَبُو النَّضْرِ عَنْ عُمَيْرٍ مَوْلَى أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ أَنَّ أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهُمْ شَكُّوا فِي صَوْمِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيْهِ بِلَبَنٍ فَشَرِبَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِعَرَفَةَ عَلَى بَعِيرِهِ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ قَالَتْ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَتْ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ عَفَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya b. Sa'id told us, from Malik: Salim Abu al-Nadr told me, from Umayr, the freedman of Umm al-Fadl, that Umm al-Fadl informed him that they had doubted whether the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was fasting on the Day of Arafah, so she sent him milk, and he drank it while he was addressing the people at Arafah upon his camel. Hajjaj told us: Sharik told us, from Simak b. Harb, from Qabus b. Mukhariq, from Umm al-Fadl, who said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) — and she related the like of the hadith of Affan. He said: Wuhayb told us: Ayyub told us, from Salih Abu al-Khalil, who related the like of it.
