حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْجَرِّ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ وَقَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ.

Ahmad bin 'Abd al-Malik told us: 'Ubaydullah bin 'Amr told us, from 'Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqil, from Sulayman bin Yasar, from Maymunah, the wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the gourd vessel, the hollowed tree-trunk, the clay jar, and the tarred vessel, and said: 'Every intoxicant is forbidden.'" Ahmad bin 'Abd al-Malik told us: 'Ubaydullah bin 'Amr told us, from 'Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqil, from al-Qasim, from 'A'ishah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the like of it.
