قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ عَنْ ضَبَّةَ بْنِ مُحْصِنٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَيَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ تَعْرِفُونَ وَتُنْكِرُونَ فَمَنْ أَنْكَرَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ وَمَنْ كَرِهَ فَقَدْ سَلِمَ وَلَكِنْ مَنْ رَغِبَ وَتَابَعَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا نُقَاتِلُهُمْ قَالَ لَا مَا صَلَّوْا الصَّلَاةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ ضَبَّةَ بْنِ مُحْصِنٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
[The narrator] said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Hisham, who said: al-Hasan narrated to us, from Dabbah ibn Muhsin, from Umm Salamah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "There will be rulers whom you will recognize [as good] and disapprove of [as evil]. Whoever disapproves is indeed absolved, and whoever dislikes is indeed cleared, but whoever accepts and follows [is blameworthy]." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, shall we not fight them?" He said, "No, so long as they pray the prayer." [Also] narrated to us by Abu 'Ubaydah al-Haddad: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Dabbah ibn Muhsin, from Umm Salamah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), similarly.
