وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ هِيَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَغْتَسِلَانِ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ كِلَاهُمَا يَغْتَرِفُ مِنْهُ.

I found in my father's book: Amir ibn Salih told us: Hisham ibn Urwah told me, from his father, from Aisha, that she informed him that she and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to perform the full ritual wash from a single vessel, both of them scooping from it.
