حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَلِّلْ أَصَابِعَ يَدَيْكَ وَرِجْلَيْكَ يَعْنِي إِسْبَاغَ الْوُضُوءِ وَكَانَ فِيمَا قَالَ لَهُ إِذَا رَكَعْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْكَ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ وَقَالَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ مَرَّةً حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّا وَإِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَأَمْكِنْ جَبْهَتَكَ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ حَتَّى تَجِدَ حَجْمَ الْأَرْضِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
A man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about a matter related to prayer. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to him: 'Interlace the fingers of your hands and feet' — meaning performing ablution thoroughly. And among what he said to him: 'When you bow, place your palms on your knees until you are at ease. When you prostrate, press your forehead firmly on the ground until you feel the hardness of the ground.'
