حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ جَمَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فِي غَيْرِ سَفَرٍ وَلَا خَوْفٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ وَلِمَ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ أَرَادَ أَنْ لَا يُحْرِجَ أَحَدًا مِنْ أُمَّتِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) combined Dhuhr and Asr prayers in Madinah while not traveling and not in a state of fear. I asked: 'O Abu al-Abbas, why did he do that?' He said: 'He intended not to cause hardship for anyone of his ummah.'
