حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ إِنَّ حَمْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الصَّوْمِ فِي السَّفَرِ وَكَانَ رَجُلًا يَسْرُدُ الصَّوْمَ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شِئْتَ فَصُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَأَفْطِرْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Aisha reported: Hamza al-Aslami asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about fasting while traveling, and he was a man who used to fast continuously. He (the Prophet) said: "You have the choice; if you wish, fast, and if you wish, break your fast."
