حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُخَفِّفُ رَكْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ.

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to make the two rak'ahs before the dawn prayer brief.
