حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَعْلَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قُلْتُ إِنَّا نَغْزُو هَذَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَأَكْثَرُ أَسْقِيَتِهِمْ جُلُودُ الْمَيْتَةِ قَالَ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ دِبَاغُهَا طُهُورُهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
I asked Ibn Abbas: 'We go on military expeditions to this Maghreb and most of their waterskins are made from the hides of dead animals.' He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: Tanning it purifies it.'
