حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ قُبِضَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَيَّ قَالَتْ فَدَخَلَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَفِي يَدِهِ سِوَاكٌ فَدَعَا بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذْتُ السِّوَاكَ فَطَيَّبْتُهُ ثُمَّ دَفَعْتُهُ إِلَيْهِ فَجَعَلَ يَسْتَنُّ بِهِ فَثَقُلَتْ يَدُهُ وَثَقُلَ عَلَيَّ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ فِي الرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى اللَّهُمَّ فِي الرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى مَرَّتَيْنِ قَالَتْ ثُمَّ قُبِضَ تَقُولُ عَائِشَةُ قُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بَيْنَ سَحْرِي وَنَحْرِي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibrahim ibn Khalid narrated to us, he said: Rabah narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, that she said: When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was dying, he was leaning his back against me. She said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr came in with a tooth-stick in his hand, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, asked for it. I took the tooth-stick, softened it for him, then handed it to him, and he began to clean his teeth with it. Then his hand grew heavy, and it grew heavy upon me, while he was saying, "O Allah, in the Highest Companionship. O Allah, in the Highest Companionship" - twice. She said: Then he passed away. Aisha says: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed away while he was between my chest and my throat.
