حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَهَا آخَرُ فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ فَقَالَ لَا حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا كَمَا ذَاقَ الْأَوَّلُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated from Ubaydullah, he said: I heard al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha, that a man divorced his wife with three divorces, and another man married her, then divorced her before consummating the marriage. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked whether she was lawful for the first husband, and he said: 'No, not until he tastes her sweetness of intimacy as the first one tasted.'
