Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, he said: I heard al-Miqdam ibn Shurayh ibn Hani' narrate, from his father, from Aishah, who said: Aishah rode a camel that was somewhat unruly, and she kept turning it back, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her: "You must be gentle, for gentleness is never present in anything except that it adorns it, and it is never removed from anything except that it disgraces it."
