Affan told us: Hammad ibn Salama told us: Hisham informed us, from Urwa, from Aisha, that some people were practicing worship with great severity, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade them, saying: 'By Allah, I am the most knowledgeable of you about Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and the most fearful of Him among you.' And he used to say: 'Take on of deeds what you are able to bear, for Allah, Mighty and Majestic, does not grow weary until you grow weary.'
