Musa ibn Dawud told us: Fulayh ibn Sulayman told us, from Khawwat ibn Salih, from his paternal aunt Umm Amr bint Khawwat: that a woman said to A'ishah, "My daughter fell ill and her hair fell out, leaving it sparse; I am unable to comb it, and she is a bride - may I attach false hair to her hair?" A'ishah said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who attaches false hair and the one who has it attached."
