حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا وَتَأْمَنَ مِنْ الْعَاهَةِ.

Abu Sa'id told us: Abd al-Rahman told us: I heard my father narrating from Amrah, from A'ishah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade selling fruit before its ripeness had become evident and it was safe from blight.
