Ali bin Ishaq told us, saying Abdullah informed us, saying al-Awza'i informed us, saying Shaddad Abu Ammar told me, from Aisha, that some women from the people of Basrah came in to her, so she instructed them to cleanse themselves with water after relieving themselves, and said: Command your husbands to do that as well, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to do it, and it is a cure for hemorrhoids. It is Aisha who says this, or Abu Ammar.
