حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ يُحَدِّثُهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَعَا فَاطِمَةَ ابْنَتَهُ فَسَارَّهَا فَبَكَتْ ثُمَّ سَارَّهَا فَضَحِكَتْ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَقُلْتُ لِفَاطِمَةَ مَا هَذَا الَّذِي سَارَّكِ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَبَكَيْتِ ثُمَّ سَارَّكِ فَضَحِكْتِ قَالَتْ سَارَّنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي بِمَوْتِهِ فَبَكَيْتُ ثُمَّ سَارَّنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنِّي أَوَّلُ مَنْ أَتْبَعُهُ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فَضَحِكْتُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim narrated to us: my father narrated to us, from his father: that Urwah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to him, from Aishah: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, called his daughter Fatimah and whispered to her, and she wept; then he whispered to her again, and she laughed. Aishah said: So I said to Fatimah, "What is it that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, whispered to you that made you weep, then whispered to you again that made you laugh?" She said, "He whispered to me and told me of his death, so I wept; then he whispered to me again and told me that I would be the first of his family to follow him, so I laughed."
