حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ الشَّنِّيُّ مَنْ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ سَرْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حِطَّانَ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَذَاكَرْتُهَا حَتَّى ذَكَرْنَا الْقَاضِيَ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى الْقَاضِي الْعَدْلِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ سَاعَةٌ يَتَمَنَّى أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْضِ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فِي تَمْرَةٍ قَطُّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us: Amr ibn al-Ala' al-Shanni, of Abd al-Qays, narrated to us, he said: Salih ibn Sarj narrated to me, he said: Imran ibn Hittan narrated to me, who said: I visited Aishah and conversed with her until we mentioned the judge, and Aishah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "There will surely come upon the just judge, on the Day of Resurrection, a moment when he wishes he had never judged between two people even over a single date."
