حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ مَوْلَى عَائِشَةَ قَالَ أَمَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنْ أَكْتُبَ لَهَا مُصْحَفًا قَالَتْ إِذَا بَلَغْتَ إِلَى هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ { حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى } فَآذِنِّي فَلَمَّا بَلَغْتُهَا آذَنْتُهَا فَأَمْلَتْ عَلَيَّ حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَانِتِينَ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Malik informed me, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from al-Qa'qa' ibn Hakim, from Abu Yunus, the freed slave of Aishah, who said: Aishah ordered me to write out a copy of the Qur'an for her. She said, "When you reach this verse — 'Guard strictly the prayers, and the middle prayer' — inform me." So when I reached it, I informed her, and she dictated to me: "Guard strictly the prayers, and the middle prayer, and the prayer of Asr, and stand before Allah in devout obedience." She said, "I heard it from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him."
