حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ اخْتَصَمَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ وَسَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ قَالَ عَبْدٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخِي ابْنُ أَمَةِ أَبِي وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ وَقَالَ سَعْدٌ أَوْصَانِي أَخِي إِذَا قَدِمْتَ مَكَّةَ فَانْظُرْ ابْنَ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَاقْبِضْهُ فَإِنَّهُ ابْنِي فَرَأَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَبَهًا بَيِّنًا بِعُتْبَةَ قَالَ هُوَ لَكَ يَا عَبْدُ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Aisha narrated: "Abd ibn Zam'ah and Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas disputed before the Prophet (peace be upon him) regarding the son of the slave woman of Zam'ah. Abd said: 'O Messenger of Allah, he is my brother, the son of my father's slave woman, born on his bed.' Sa'd said: 'My brother instructed me: When you reach Makkah, look for the son of Zam'ah's slave woman and take him, for he is my son.' The Prophet (peace be upon him) saw a clear resemblance to Utbah and said: 'He is yours, O Abd. The child belongs to the bed (i.e., the husband). And veil yourself from him, O Sawdah.'"
