Abd al-A'la told us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah, from Aishah, that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to leave a deed he loved to do, out of dislike that people would take it up as a practice and it would then be made obligatory upon them; so he loved whatever was made lighter for them among the obligations.
