قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي سَمِعْتُهُ وَحْدِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ حَيَّاتِ الْبُيُوتِ إِلَّا الْأَبْتَرَ وَذَا الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَخْتَطِفَانِ أَوْ قَالَ يَطْمِسَانِ الْأَبْصَارَ وَيَطْرَحَانِ الْحَمْلَ مِنْ بُطُونِ النِّسَاءِ وَمَنْ تَرَكَهُمَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: My father told me — I heard it alone — he said: Abbad b. Abbad told us, from Hisham b. Urwah, from his father, from Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade killing house-snakes except the short-tailed one and the one with two white streaks, for these two snatch away — or he said, blind — the eyesight, and cause miscarriage in the wombs of women; and whoever leaves them is not of us.
